Solution:

By, applying euclid division lemma,
we get,

=> a=bq+r

=> 144=90(1)+54

=> 90=54(1)+36

=> 54=36(1)+18

=> 36=18(2)+0

=> HCF{90,144} = 18,.

linear combination:

=> 18 = 144x+90y

=> 18 = 144(2)-90(3)

=> 18 = 144(2)+90(-3)

x=2,
y=-3

Hope it helps!!

lorengray: but i have a doubt
lorengray: how did u find the linear combination value
lorengray: ???
lorengray: how did u take out 2 and 3 ?? please answer ASAP
sivaprasath: There is a technique,. But,.I used trial and error to make the answer short,.. (The steps are very lengthy,. You should use the steps of the division and derive the values of x & y)
