Find the HCF of the following numbers by prime factorisation:- 1) 147,63,84​

Solution :

(for factorisation refer to attachment )

so, 147 = 1×3×7×7

63 = 1×3×3×7

84 = 1×2×2×3×7

So, common factor of 147,63 & 84 = 1,3 and 7

So highest common factor = 3×7 = 21
