Step-by-step explanation:

Let Height be h

Equal sides =h+4

Semiperimeter=s= 22h+8+24=h+16

Area= 21 ∗b∗h= 21 ∗24∗h=12h................(1)

According to Heron's Formula

Area= (h+16)(h+16−24)(h+16−(h+4))(h+16−(h+4))= (h+16)(−8)(12)(12)=12

(h+16)(h−8) ..............(2)

from (1) and (2)12h=12 (h+16)(h−8)

⇒h 2 =h 2 +8h−128⇒8h=128⇒h=16 cm

Area=16∗12=128 cm 2

Perimeter =2s=2(16+16)=64 cm
