Given :-

  • Volume of cuboid is 960 cu.cm,length of the cuboid is 12 cm & breadth is 5cm.

To find :-

  • Height of cuboid

Solution :-

  • Volume of cuboid = 960cm³

  • Length of cuboid = 12cm

  • Breadth of cuboid = 5cm

As we know that

Volume of cuboid = l × b × h

Where " l " is length, " b " is breadth and " h " is height.

According to the question

→ Volume of cuboid = 960cm³

→ l × b × h = 960

→ 12 × 5 × h = 960

→ 60 × h = 960

→ h = 960/60

→ h = 16cm

Hence,

  • Height of cuboid is 16cm

Verification :-

  • Volume of cuboid = 960

→ l × b × h = 960

→ 12 × 5 × 16 = 960

→ 960 = 960
