let the height be ' h '

Volume of cylinder = πr²h

539 = \frac{22}{7} \times \frac{35}{10} \times \frac{35}{10} \times h

539 \times \frac{7}{22} \times \frac{10}{35} \times \frac{10}{35} = h

h = 14

height is 14cm
