GIVEN:

A parallelogram in which the Base = 8cm; Area = 91.2 cm²

TO FIND:

Height of the parallelogram

SOLUTION:

Area of any parallelogram is the product of the base and the height in it,

I.e, Area of a parallelogram = Base × Height

[∵ Base = 8cm and Area = 91.2 cm²]

==> 91.2 cm² = 8 × Height

==> Height = 91.2/8

= 114/10

= 11.4 cm

∴ Required height of IIgm is 11.4 cm
