Answer:

GIVEN

In this question we are given a cuboidal object , and we are given its length , breadth and volume

TO FIND

We need to find the height of the cuboidal object

FORMULA

Volume of cuboid = length × breadth × height

SOLUTION

Length = 4cm

Breadth = 6cm

Height = h cm

Volume = length× breadth× height

==> 168 = 4 × 6 × h

==> h = 168/24 cm

==> h= 7cm

The height of the object is 7cm

Given :

  • Length = 4cm
  • Breadth = 6 cm
  • Volume = 168 cm

To Find :

  • Height of an object

Solution :

We've

l = 4cm, b = 6 cm, v = 168 cm

⇒ Volume = Length × Breadth × Height

⇒ 168 = 4 × 6 × h

⇒ 168 = 24h

⇒ h = 168/24

⇒ h = 7cm

More to know :

  • Volume of a cuboid = lbh
  • Voume of a cube = l³
  • Volume of a cylinder = πr²h
  • Volume of a cone =1/3 πr²h
  • Volume of a sphere = 4/3 πr³
  • Volume of a hemisphere = 2/3 πr³
