 \frak{ \large{ \gray{Given}}}

  • Slant Height = 34cm
  • Base diameter = 32cm
  • Therefore Radius r = 32/2 cm=16cm

  • Height of the core

We know that, slant height of a cone

 \purple{ \mathcal{l  =   \sqrt{ {r}^{2} +  {h}^{2}  } }}

 \sf{ =  > (34) {}^{2}  =( 16) {}^{2}  +  {h}^{2} }

 \sf{ =  >  {h}^{2}  = (34) {}^{2}  - (16) {}^{2} }

 \sf{  =  > h =   \sqrt{(34) {}^{2}  - (16) {}^{2} }}

 \sf{ \orange{ \therefore{h = 30cm}}}
