Base area=length×breadth=25. Volume=length×breadth×height=275. 25×height=275. Hence height=275/25=11cm.

The height of the cuboid = 11 cm

Given :

The volume of the cuboid = 275 cm³

The base area is 25 cm²

To find :

The height of the cuboid

Formula :

Volume of a cuboid = Base area × Height

Solution :

Step 1 of 2 :

Write down the volume and base area

The volume of the cuboid = 275 cm³

The base area = 25 cm²

Step 2 of 2 :

Find height of the cuboid

Volume of the cuboid = Base area × Height

Let height of the cuboid = h cm

By the given condition

25 × h = 275

\displaystyle \sf{ \implies h =  \frac{275}{25} }

\displaystyle \sf{ \implies h =  11 }

The height of the cuboid = 11 cm
