Answer:

Diameter (d) = 32cm

Radius (r) = 16cm

Slant Height (l) = 34cm

Now,

Height (h) = ?

 {l}^{2}  =  {r}^{2}  +  {h}^{2}  \\  {34}^{2}  =  {16}^{2}  +  {h}^{2} \\ 1156 = 256 +  {h}^{2}  \\  {h}^{2}  = 1156 - 256 = 900 \\ h =  \sqrt{900}  = 30

So,

Height of the cone is 30cm

Answer:

slant height (l) = 34cm

diameter =32 cm

radius =32/2=16cm

h²=l²- r²

 {h}^{2}  =  {34}^{2}  -  {16}^{2}

 {h}^{2}  = 1156 - 256

 {h}^{2}  = 900

h =  \sqrt{900}

h = 30cm

I hope it may help you .
