according to me,this is the answer, rounded up to 2 decimal places.

formula
SA=(2*pi*r*h)+(2*pi*r2)=2*pi*r(h+r)
=2*(22/7)*14(h+14)
=2*22*2(h+14)
=88(h+14)
=88h + 1232
now,
1932=88h+1232
700=88h
h=700/88
