\sqrt{3}Answer:200/\sqrt{3} metre

Step-by-step explanation:

lets suppose that the first men sitting on the left side of the temple see its top at an angle of elevation of 30 degree. then the height of the pole will be 50 metre according to question .

the tan 30 degree = perpendicular/base

tan 30 degree = 1/\sqrt{3}

perpendicular = 50 metre

1/\sqrt{3} = 50/B

B = 50\sqrt{3}

THEN  suppose that the second men sitting on the right side of the temple see its top at an angle of elevation of 60 degree. then the height of the pole will be 50 metre according to question .

the tan 30 degree = perpendicular/base

tan 60 degree = \sqrt{3}

perpendicular = 50 metre

\sqrt{3} = 50/B

B = 50/\sqrt{3}

sum of both distance = distance between them = 50\sqrt{3} + 50/\sqrt{3}

                                                                               = 200/\sqrt{3} metre

hope it helps you!!
