Hey!!

Let the height of the triangle be x cm

and the base of the triangle be 9 cm

A / q

Area of a triangle = 1 / 2 × b × h

=> 36 cm = 1 / 2 × 9 × h

=> 36 cm = 9 h / 2

=> 36 × 2 cm = 9 h

=> 72 cm = 9 h

=> h = 72 / 9 cm

=> h = 8 cm

Therefore the height of the triangle is 8 cm
