Given :

  • Area of Triangle is 56 dm² .
  • Base of Triangle is 2.8 m .

To Find :

  • Height of Triangle .

Solution :

\longmapsto\tt{Base=2.8\times{10}=28\:dm}

Using Formula :

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{Area\:of\:\triangle=\dfrac{1}{2}\times{b}\times{h}}

Putting Values :

\longmapsto\tt{56=\dfrac{1}{{\cancel{2}}}\times{{\cancel{28}}}\times{h}}

\longmapsto\tt{56=14h}

\longmapsto\tt{h=\cancel\dfrac{56}{14}}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{h=4\:dm}

So , The Height of Triangle is 4 dm ..

VERIFICATION :

\longmapsto\tt{56=\dfrac{1}{{\not{2}}}\times{28}\times{{\not{4}}}}

\longmapsto\tt{56=28\times{2}}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{56=56}
