area of trapezium=1÷2×sum of parallel sides ×hieght
156=1÷2×(39)×h
312÷39=h
h=8

✔Given - Area =156m.
Sum of parallel sides=39m
(p1+p2)=39m.

✔We know that,

1/2*( p1+p2)* h=Area.


Let the height be x.


1/2 * 39m * x = 156m.

=>19.5m * x = 156m.

=>x = 156m / 19.5

=> x = 8 m ( Ans ).


Hence the height = x m = 8 m.
