Answer:

height from surface of Earth = R/9

Explanation:

g = GM/R²

Height h from Earth Where value of g reduces by 19%

g - (19/100)g = GM/(R+ h)²

=> 0.81 g = GM/(R+ h)²

=>  g/ 0.81 g  = (GM/R²)/(GM/(R+ h)²)

=> 1/(0.9)²  = (R + h)²/R²

Taking square root both sides

=> 1/0.9 = (R + h)/R

=> R  = 0.9R + 0.9h

=> 0.9h = 0.1R

=> h = R/9

Height = R/9 from Surface of earth here value of g reduces by 19% compared to the value at surface of Earth
