find the heights of cylinder if surface area is 968 cm and diameter 14 cm

Diameter = 14 cm

Radius = 14/2 = 7 cm.

Surface area of cylinder = 968 cm

=> 2 * π * r(r + h) = 968

=> 2 * (22/7) * 7(7 + h) = 968

=> 44 * (7 + h) = 968

=> h = 15 cm

Hence, height of cylinder = 15 cm
