find the hieght of a cuboid whose volume is 275cm³ and base area is 25cm²

volume of cuboid = length × breadth × height
275 = length × breadth × height —(1)

area of rectangle = length × breadth
25 = length × breadth —(2)

divide (1) by (2)
height = 275/25 = 11 cm

volume of cuboid = l x  b x h  = 275 cm³ 

Base area =  l x b  = 25 cm³

put l x b = 25 in volume we get 

h = 275/lx b  = 275/25  = 55/5 = 11 cm
