by putting the value of r and tsa in formula

5805= 2×22/7×28(28+h)

5805= 44×4(28+h)

5805/44×4=28+h

33(app.)=28+h

h=5m

there for C.S.A=. 2×22/7×28×5

= 44×20

= 880m²
