Step-by-step explanation:

l=36 cm , b=30 cm , h=20 cm

a) surface area

T.S.A of a cuboid= 2(lb+bh+lh)

                           = 2(36*30+30*20+36*20)

                           = 2(2400)

                           = 4800cm²

b) volume of a cuboid=l*b*h

                                   = 36*20*30

                                   =21600cm³
