Find the instantaneous acceleration of a 1.0 kg mass suspended from a spring constant of force constant 5.0 N/cm, when the spring is stretched 10.0 cm. The mass is initially at rest

force = K.x , so force =5*10= 50N so instantaneous acceleration should be F= m*a , a = 50m/sec^2. ( it is very large ??)
