Hey !!

The equation of the given plane is

               2x + y - z = 5

  \frac{2}{5} x + \frac{y}{5} - \frac{z}{5} = 1

 x/5/2 +  \frac{y}{5} + \frac{z}{-5} = 1

which is the form \frac{x}{a} + \frac{y}{b} + \frac{z}{c} = 1 where a , b and c are intercepts on x, y and z-axis.

Thus, intercepts on x,y and z-axis are \frac{5}{2} , 5 and -5 respectively.

GOOD LUCK !!
