Given :-

  • Principal (P) = ₹ 10,000
  • Time (t) = 13/4 years ↪3.25years.
  • Rate of interest (R) = 3.4% p.a

To Find :-

  • It's Amount and interest.

Solution :-

As we know that,

A = P(1 + R/100)^t

[ Putting values ]

↪ A = 10000(1 + 3.4/100)^3.25

↪ A = 10000(1 + 0.034)^3.25

↪ A = 10000(1.034)^3.25

↪ A = 10000(517/500)^13/4

↪ A = 10000(1.11479)

↪ A = ₹11147.9

.°. Amount = ₹ 11147.9 .

Now, we know that,

Interest = Amount - Principal

↪ Interest = ₹(11147.9 - 10000)

↪ Interest = ₹1147.9

.°. Interest = ₹ 1147.9 .
