Step-by-step explanation:

eqn of the circle = x²+y²= 4x-6y-9

=>( radius)² = 4x-6y-9

P:(-2,3) lies on the circle

=> radius² = 4×(-2)-6×3-9

= -8-18-9 = -35

diameter² = 35×4 = 140

let coordinate of opposite point be (x1y1)

=> x1+2 = 2×√140 = 4√35 = 24

=> x1 = 22

also y1 -3 = 2√140 => y1 = 27

=> coordinate of the opposite point = (22,27)
