rule:

1.if same number of carbon atoms are present in different parent chain then consider the parent sign as which contain more number of branches..

2.if parent rain contains Complex chain as a branch then write the IUPAC name of the complex chain in brackets by considering the carbon which is attached to the parents as a first carbon and then write the IUPAC name of the parent chain
