First find lcm of 15, 18, 24 which is 360. If the LCM completely divides by the given nos. then its multiple will also. Then find its multiple not exceeding 800 that is 720 and then add 3 to 720. And now if you will divide 723 by 15, 18 or 24 it will leave a remainder 3 in each case.
