base is equilateral triangle whose base =a= 12 cm

area of the base = √3/4 *a² =√3/4 * (12)²=36√3 cm²
1)lateral surface area =pl/2 where p = perimeter of the base =3*12=36cm

l= slant height = 20cm
lsa = (36*20)/2= 360cm²

2)total surface area = LSA +BASE AREA

=(360+36√3)cm²
