Given that,

Radius = 14 cm

Height = 5 cm

Lateral Surface area = 2πrh sq.units

===> 2 × 22/7 × 14 × 5

===> 44 × 10

===> 440 sq.cm

LSA of 8 pillars = 3520 sq.cm

Cost of whitewashing for one square meter ========> ₹5

Cost of whitewashing for 3520 square meter =========> ₹ 17, 600.
