Find the lateral surface area, the total surface area and volume of the cuboid whose dimensions are: Length= 48cm, breadth= 6dm and height= 1m​

Solution :

(i) Lateral surface area of cuboid :

 \sf { Lateral \: surface \: area \: of \: cuboid = 2h ( l + b )}

 : \implies \sf { C.S.A = 2 \times 100 ( 48 + 6)}

 : \implies \sf { C.S.A = 200 \times 54}

 : \implies \sf {C.S.A = 10800cm^2}

 \sf{ T.S.A \: of \: cuboid = 2 ( lb + bh + hl) }

 :\implies \sf{ T.S.A= 2(48 \times 6 + 6 \times 100 + 100 \times 40)}
