Answer:

lateral surface area = 2(hl+hb)

= 2( 12 * 15 + 12*18 )

= 2 ( 180+ 216)

= 612.

total surface area = 2( lb+bh+hl)

= 2( 15*18 +18*12+12*15)

= 2( 270+ 216+180)

= 1332.

volume = l*b*h

= 15*18*12

= 3240.

Given data in the questions are as follows,

Length of cuboid= 18 cm

breadth of cuboid=15 cm

height of cuboid   =12 cm

We have to find ,

the lateral surface area of cuboid,

total surface area of cuboid ,

volume of a cuboid

so , formula of total surface area of cuboid =2\times(length \times breadth+breadth \times height+height \times length)

=2 (18\times 15+15\times12+12\times 18)

multiplying 18 by 15 ,we get 270 ,15 by 12 get    180 and 12 by 18 we get 216

=2\times(270+180+216)

Multiplying 2 by666,we get

=2\times 666

=1332

total surface area of cuboid=1332

volume of cuboid = length \timesbreadth \timesheight

                              = 18\times 15\times 12

                              =3240 cm^{3}

now, lateral surface area of cuboid= 2\times height ( Length+ breadth)

                                                          = 2 \times 12 (15+12)

                                                  Adding 15 and 12 , we get 27

                                                           =2\times 12 \times 27

                                                           =648 cm^{2}

Therefore, lateral surface area of cuboid= 648 cm^{2}

                      total surface area of cuboid=1332 cm^{2}

                                      volume of cuboid =3240 cm^{3}
