1 - 8x^3

= 1^3 - (2x)^3

= (1-2x)[1^2+1.2x+(2x)^2]

= (1-2x) (1+2x+4x^2)

This is factorization. But LCM and HCF can not be found by one expression. It needs two expression.

Step-by-step explanation:

-x³

= ³- (x) ³

= (-x) [²+.x+(x) ²]

= (-x) (+x+x²)
