2 cube=2×2×2=8

3 square=3×3=9

LCM of 8 & 9 is:

First,

P.F. of 8=2×2×2

P.F. of 9=3×3

Then LCM=2×2×2×3×3=72

hence LCM =72

HCF

FROM ABOVE FACTORS

There is no common factor.

So the HCF is 1
