You may remember these two formulas for doing such questions.
1: LCM(a/b, c/d)=LCM(a,c)÷HCF(b,d)
2: HCF(a/b, c/d)=HCF(a,c)÷LCM(b,d)
LCM(1,2) is 2 and and HCF(4,5) is 1 so LCM(1/4,2/5) is simply equal to 2.
