least 5 digit no. is 10000

when we divide 10000 by 900

it will give 11 as quotient and 100 as remainder

Now, we have to subtract remainder from dividend to get the no. which is exactly divisible by these no.

so, 10000 - 100 = 9900

And leaving remainder as 3 , so we have to add 3 in our answer

so, 9900 + 3 = 9903
