Problem 1: Every number is divisible by 18, 27 and 45. For example 4.5 divided by 18 is 0.25; 4.5 divided by 45 is 0.1 and 4.5 divided by 27 is a sixth.

I think, instead of a number, you really mean ‘integer’, i.e. a whole number.

Problem 2: Every integer is divisible by 18, 27 and 45. For example 9 divided by 18 is 0.5; 9 divided by 45 is 0.2 and 9 divided by 27 is a third.

I think you really mean ‘exactly divisible’, i.e. quotient (the result of the division) is an integer.

Problem 3: There is no smallest integer that is exactly divisible by 18, 27 and 45! For example, -270 is exactly divisible by our three numbers. So is -2,700, -27,000, - 27,000,000,000,000,000,000 and so on. I can keep adding zeros until the end shortly before the end of time, and you can get a smaller number by inserting an extra zero.

I think, instead of a integer, you really mean ‘positive’ integer.
