Pairs of 2 are not complete in it's prime factorization.

3200 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 5 × 5

Clearly, the number 3200 should be divided by 2 to get a perfect square 1600.

Hence, the root of 1600 is 40.
