Since square of 64= 4096 and given Number is 4015 60²=3600 and 70²=4900. 70² is too much, so I then did 65²=4,225.

After 65², I did 62²=3,844.

I knew that was pretty close, so I did 64.

64²=4,096 and 63²=3,969.

So, 64² was it. 4,096-4015=81. You would need to add 81 to 4015 in order to receive a perfect square, which is 64²(4,096).

Thus least number added to make the given number a perfect square =4096-4015=81.

Answer:

81;64

Step-by-step explanation:

Given number= 4015

60²= 3600

70² = 4900

So the number has to lie between these two;

65²=4,225

62²=3,844

63²=3,969

So this is pretty close;

Squaring 64, we get;

64² = 4096

Now, subtracting the perfect square number to the given one;

4,096-4015=81

∴ 81 must be added in order to make 4,015 to make a perfect square.

Now, finding the square root of the perfect square;

              4,096= √4×4×4×4×4×4×4×4×4×4×4×4

   =>      4,096= √64×64

           ∴ 4,096= 64²

Thus least number added to make the given number a perfect square is 81 and the square root of perfect square is 64.
