as pair of 3 and 5 is missing we will multiply it by 3×5=15

new square number = 1500×15=22500

square root of 22500=150

38^2<1500<39^2382<1500<392

We need to add 39^2-1500392−1500 in the number.

Required number is R=39^2-1500R=392−1500

R=1521-1500R=1521−1500

R=21R=21

If we add 21 in the number it will make a perfect square of 39.
