Find the least number that must be added to 8405 in order to get a perfect square. find its square root

The number 8405 lies between 8281 and 8464

8281 < 8405 < 8464

91^2 < 8405 < 92^2

To make 8405 perfect square, 8464 - 8405 = 59 should be added. 

The square root of 8405 is 91.7 approx

92^2 = 8464 which is greater than 8405

In order to get a perfect square subtract both the numbers.

92^2-91^2  = 8464 - 8405

                   = 59.(3481 - which is a perfect square).
