=>first let us find the  
√ 6203

√6203

we get the answer as 78. 75...............

now let us round off it to the next hundered

=>79

now let us find the square of 79

=>79
²

=>79×79

=>6241

so the least number added o 6203 to obtain the perfect square 

=>6241 - 6203

=>38 

∴38 is the answeer

=>6203 + 38 = 6241

=>
√6241 = 79

the least number added to 6203 to obtain the perfect square is 38.
because square root of 6203 is approximately equal to 78.75....so we should obtain square of 79 (means 6241)... & to make 6203 equal to 6241 we have to add 38 in 6203....
so the least number which must be added to 6203 to make the perfect square is 38 and the square root of number obtained (6241 ) is equal to 79...
