LCM of 16 18 20 and 25 = 3600 and to leave a remainder 4 the number will be 3604 but it is not divisible by 7 so we have to see the (least multiple of 3600) + 4 such that its divisible by 7 which is the 5th multiple i.e. 1800+4 =18004 which is fairly divisible by 7
