First number= 16-4= 12
Second number= 18-4= 14
Third number= 24-4= 20
LCM of 12,14 and 20 are
Factor of 12= 2*2*
Factor of 14= 2*7
Factor of 20= 2*2*5
Common factors= 2*2*2*7*5= 8*7*5= 280
LCM= 280

HCF=
$\frac{product \: of \: no}{lcm} \\ hcf = \frac{12 \times 14 \times 20}{280} \\ = 12$
