35 - 29 = 6

40 - 34 = 6

Prime factorisation of 6 = 2 × 3

LCM of 20 , 25 , 35 , 40 = 6

hi

aim : Find the least number which when divided by 20 25 35 and 40 leaves remainder 14 19 29 and 34 respectively

20 - 14 = 6

25 - 19 = 6

35 - 29 = 6

40 - 34= 6

now let us find the hcf of 6,6,6,6,

6 = 2*3

6 = 2*3

6 = 2*3

6 = 2*3

so hcf of 6,6,6,6 = 2*3 = 6

hence 6 is the
 least number which when divided by 20 25 35 and 40 leaves remainder 14 19 29 and 34 respectively
hope it helps u
