Given : The least perfect square number should be divisible by 8,10 and 12.

For any number to be divisible by 8,10 and 12 , that number will have to be greater than or equal to 12.

Also for the number to be divisible by 10 ,that number must have ‘0’ at its unit place and any perfect square will always contain an even number of zeros at its end so that on reverse process ,we can find its perfect square root.

As we have to find the least possible perfect square number ,let's start with those numbers which contain 2 zeros at their ends and which are perfect squares.

The possible numbers are 100,400,900,1600,2500,3600,4900……..and so on.

On doing an easy inspection of the above numbers , we can see that 3600 is the least possible perfect square divisible by 8,10 and 12.
