To find the number simply find LCM of all the given number:-
8 = 2×2×2
12= 2×2×3
15 = 3×5
20 = 2×2×5
LCM (8,12,15 &20) = 2×2×2×3×5
= 120
But 120 is not a perfect square so the answer will be a number which is a multiple of 120 and it is also a perfect square.
