Area = 60m²

Perimeter = 32m

i.e.

2(length + breadth) = 32 m

=>Length + Breadth = 16 m

=> Breadth = 16m - Length.

Now,

Length x Breadth = 60m²

=> l(16 -l) = 60

=> l²-16l+60 = 0

=> l²-6l -10l +60 = 0

=> l(l-6)-10(l-6) = 0

=>(l-6)(l-10) = 0

Therefore,

L =10m
