Hi ,

Let c is the hypotenuse of the

triangle ,

a, b are two other sides .

a = 6 units , b = 8 units

c = ?

***********************************

By Phythogarian theorem ,

c² = a² + b²

************************************

c² = 6² + 8²

= 36 + 64

c² = 100

c = √100

c = 10 units

Therefore ,

Hypotenuse = c = 10 units.

I hope this helps you.
