A rectangle is a plane and closed figure with four sides and angles

To find area we use the formula, l×b

According to the question,

  • Area = 104 sq.cm

  • breadth= 8cm

From the formula, to find length, we divide area and breadth

length = area/breath

=104/8

=13

so, length is 13 cm

Putting Values we get,,,

\red\leadsto \: 104 = 8 \times length \\  \\ \red\leadsto \: length \:  =  \frac{104}{8}  \\  \\ \red\leadsto \: \pink{\large\boxed{\boxed{\bold{length = 13cm}}}}
