find the length of each of the equal sides its of an isosceles triangle if the perimeter and unequal sides are
( i ) perimeter - 40 cm,unequal side - 6 cm
( i ) perimeter - 45cm,unequal side -25 cm

Answer:

I.Perimeter=40 cm

Both equal sides sum=40 cm-6 cm(because it is the unequal side)=34 cm

Each Side=34 cm÷2=17 cm

II.Perimeter=45 cm

Both Equal sides sum=45 cm-25 cm(because it is the unequal side)=20 cm

Each side=20 cm÷2=10 cm
