heya !!

We know that the diagonals of a rhombus bisect at right angles.

Let A B CD be the rhombus and AC and B D bisect at O.

A O=16/2=8 CM

BO=12/2=6 CM

In right angled △AOB,△AOB,

AB2=AO2+BO2

AB2=64+36=100

AB=√100=10cm
